Memory Strategies International is a technical service company providing technical market reports, technical seminars, and private reports to the semiconductor memory: laboratory, university, vendor and user community in the newest areas of MOS memory product, technology, and applications. The company was founded in 1993 and is located in Leander, Texas. Our Technical Market Reports include coverage of many of the hundreds of research papers and technical articles that are published each year in each of the areas of technology that we review. They typically cover two or more years and include complete bibliographies so the original papers of interest are easy to locate. They provide an easy way for the busy researcher or research management to keep up to date on the latest technology in their field or closely related fields. The Memory Strategies Management Team: David Prince, Chief Technologist Also: Dr. Prince is CEO of Memory Strategies International. She has also worked with Texas Instruments, NV Philips and Motorola in memory technology and marketing management, at RCA in the development of an early microprocessor and at Fairchild in semiconductor process technology. She is author of the books: Semiconductor Memories (1982), Semiconductor Memories 2nd Edition (1992), High Performance Memories, (1996, revised 1999), 3D Vertical Memory Technologies (2014), and coauthor of Memories for the Intelligent Internet of Things (2018), all published by John Wiley & Sons, and Emerging Memories - Technologies and Trends, (2002) published by Springer. She is a Senior Life Member of the IEEE, has served as an IEEE SSCS Distinguished Lecturer, on the Program Committee of the IEEE CICC and the ITC and on the Technical Advisory Board of IEEE Spectrum magazine. She was active in the JEDEC Standards Organization where she was founder of the JC-16 interface standards committee, Co-Chair of the JC42.2 SRAM standards committee and U.S. representative to the IEC SC47A WG3 memory committee. She has served on the Technical Advisory Board of several memory companies including: Cavendish Kinetics, Emerging Memory Technologies, Silicon Access Networks and Cogent Chipware and on the Board of Directors of Mosaid Technologies. She holds patents in the memory, processor and interface areas. She has a B.S. and M.S. in physics and math from the University of New Mexico and the University of California, an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas with doctoral dissertation on fractal modeling.
